Extreme Performance

A tailored, high-touch solution for the lowest possible latency. Extreme Performance is not a standard plug-and-play plan.
It is a highly advanced tier that requires additional optimization and close coordination between uTrack and the customer.

  • Includes 25 watched accounts
  • $150 per watched account
  • Typical delivered latency: ~70ms – 150ms
This tier operates on:
  • Dedicated priority routing
  • Aggressively optimized ingestion paths
  • Per-customer tuning and configuration
  • Continuous adjustments as platform conditions change
Extreme Performance requires additional setup and active tuning. It is intended for advanced, latency-critical workloads only.

High Performance provides:
  • Priority delivery over shared high-performance infrastructure
  • Lower and more consistent latency than Normal
  • Minimal configuration required

Normal Performance

Reliable real-time delivery at scale.

  • Includes 500 watched accounts
  • $1.50 per watched account
  • Typical delivered latency: ~200ms – 400ms
Latency is measured at WebSocket delivery and does not include third-party dispatch delays (such as Discord bots or webhook relays), making it significantly faster than alert-based plans. Best for:
dashboards, alerts, analytics, and general monitoring
